 Q) Were are you located? 

 We are located in San Antonio, Texas. All orders ship out of this location.

Q) What are your Shipping and Processing times?

 All orders ship out of San Antonio, Texas, USA. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days depending on the item/s ordered. Once shipped it will arrive within 2-5 business days if you are located in the United States. Note that this does not apply to all items to include international orders. This is also subject to change when order bulk quantity. Feel free to contact us first for shipping and processing time frames.

 Q) Do you have a store front?

At the moment Rejoice In Creation LLC does not have a store front.  All items are shipped out of our home based business in east San Antonio, Texas We do offer local customer PICKUP options at checkout. This is the faster way to receive your order special during the holidays.

 

Q) I’m going to order a few pillowcases but I was wondering if the pillows are easy to insert into the pillow case if I do them myself?

 Yes it is fairly easily to put an insert in. There is a zipper that goes across one side. Just fold the insert like a hot dog FIRST and THEN insert it inside. 

 

Q) Local delivery/pickup options

Pickup is available. Please feel free to send us a message for delivery options (If Available) for orders $300 and above. This is ONLY optional for orders inside Loop 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. Fees will incur if it it outside of this area.

 

 Q) Do you accept Bulk or Wholesale orders?

We do offer bulk and wholesale orders however the price is on a case by case basis. In order to best assist you fill out the "Contact Us" text box under the "Contact Us" tab with as much information possible. Below are a few questions that we would need to know to better and efficiently help you.

1) Type of Item to Customize (Pillow Cases, Backpacks, Totes, Mousepads, Etc.)
2)How many you plan to order
3) How often
4) What image
5) Is the image customized with a name or personalization ?
6) If ordering pillows, do you prefer stuffed or cases only?

 

 

Q) My mail is still saying Pre-Transit.. when will it arrive?

 At times when the mail is dropped off at the post office (the majority of our items are shipped out via USPS) it will get lost and won't be scanned until found again. It may also be processed already and scanned but may get stuck in transit due to weather, the label tore, low staffing and more. If so, click here for USPS's missing mail reporting system. This helps find or process the shipping sooner. Please feel free to reach out and we will submit a report as well.
