Shipping Time:Â
This is the time it takes for the carrier to ship the item to you. Please know that it takes the processing time plus the shipping time that will determine when the item will arrive.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns Shipping:
Because most of our products are custom made we do not offer returns at this moment unless there was an error made on our part. If not, the customer is responsible for shipment returns and exchanges. Please see the " Policies " tab for more information.
